Tips and Tricks to make your posting as strong as possible:

  • Be as specific as possibilities about the intern responsibilities. The more detailed and descriptive your "Internship Job Description" is, the more students will apply for the position.
  • Clearly define the internship timeline or specify if you recruit on an ongoing basis. Set your deadline early enough for students to complete their interviews and visa processes well before the start of the internship.
  • If you cannot offer financial compensation, list any other ways that you might support students (assistance in finding housing, visa assistance, local transportation, etc.)
  • Include a hyperlink to your company's website if possible
